NETIO T1 External Temperature Sensor

The NETIO T1 is an external temperature sensor that plugs into the digital input on a PowerPDU 4KS, 8QS or 8KS, adding temperature monitoring and automated over-temperature protection to your rack.

The stainless steel probe reports ambient or surface temperature back to the PDU over its 3m shielded cable, accurate to within ±0.4°C across a -20°C to +80°C range. Rules on the PDU can then switch a defined outlet off automatically if a rack or cabinet gets too hot — useful for protecting AV racks and comms cabinets from overheating without any extra controller.
