Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Costs
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you are responsible for all delivery-related costs. This includes, but is not limited to, shipping, transport, handling, and any additional surcharges imposed by carriers.
2. Delivery Commitment
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the goods to the agreed location and within the agreed timeframe. You must ensure that you or an authorized person is available and prepared to receive the goods at the delivery time.
3. Delivery Times and Estimates
You acknowledge and accept that:

Delivery times are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in the contract.

Any delivery date we provide is an estimated timeframe only and is subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays or supply chain issues.
4. Transfer of Risk
The risk of loss, theft, or damage to the goods passes to you at the moment:

You or your representative collect the goods directly from us.

We or our nominated delivery partner complete delivery to the location you specified.

Your appointed carrier collects the goods from us.
Once risk has transferred, we are no longer liable for any damage, loss, or delay.
5. Delivery Location Requirements
You must ensure that the delivery location is safe, accessible, and suitable for the receipt of goods. If the delivery site is deemed unsafe, obstructed, or inaccessible:

The delivery driver has the right to refuse to deliver.

You may be charged for any failed delivery and any subsequent re-delivery attempts.

Alternatively, the goods may be left at the nearest safe and reasonable location, at the discretion of the driver and at your risk.
6. Proof of Delivery
Upon receipt of the goods, you or your representative must sign a delivery note acknowledging that the goods have been received. Where applicable, this includes confirming that the goods are in good condition and match your order. This signature constitutes acceptance of the delivery.
7. Unattended Deliveries
If you instruct us to leave goods at an unattended or unsecured location (e.g., outside your premises), you accept full responsibility for the goods from the moment they are left, and any associated risk transfers to you at that time.
8. Delays Caused by You
If delivery is delayed due to your actions or inactions, including but not limited to:

Requesting us to delay or wait, or

Failing to be present, ready, or willing to receive the delivery,
and if: -
We have made the goods available and are ready to deliver, or
-
A delivery date was previously agreed,
then you will be responsible for: -
Paying reasonable daily storage fees until delivery can be completed, and
-
Covering any additional costs related to subsequent delivery attempts.
9. Partial Deliveries
We reserve the right to deliver your order in multiple shipments (i.e., partial deliveries) depending on product availability or logistical considerations. In such cases, we may issue separate invoices for each part delivered.
